Vanessa Legair Events & Design offers several services to assist you. Weddings involve a lot of time and energy: tending to the little details, marking up the long to-do list, researching vendors, organizing the wedding party and planning all the wedding parties...it can become overwhelming.

Most couples will engage a wedding planner at the beginning, middle or a few months before their wedding (sometimes a few weeks before the wedding!). Even the best of organized couples find themselves running out of steam and/or time along the way, and that's okay! TAG ME IN!
Together, we will review your plans, inspiration photos and ideas, and discuss the best combination of services to meet your needs. In our consultation, we may also discuss design elements to compliment your theme, colours, personal style and budget. Feel free to "show and tell" your wedding swatches, decorations, DIY projects, stories and traditions...your excitement is my excitement and getting to know you is an enjoyable part of the process!
A complimentary 30-minute meeting (via phone or Zoom) may be scheduled to meet and greet each other and discuss our process from start to finish after you complete the request a quote form.
Full and Partial Wedding Planning Services
This service will begin immediately upon booking and will support couples throughout the majority of their wedding planning journey, coordination of the rehearsal and management of the full wedding day. All particulars will be discussed in the initial meeting and follow-up emails and calls; add-on services are available.

Planning Packages start at $2250+, plus HST
Wedding Month of (Day of) Coordination
This service includes a meeting within one month of your wedding date, creation of the wedding day timeline, communication with all vendors and the venue, presence and assistance with the ceremony rehearsal and management of the wedding day. All particulars will be discussed in the initial meeting and follow-up emails and calls; add-on services are available. This package is perfect for couples who will be planning the majority of their wedding details and need a trusted professional to manage the final weeks of tasks and wedding day activities.

Coordination Packages start at $1500+, plus HST
Wedding Consultation
This service gives couples the opportunity to meet with a wedding professional at any point during their planning journey. Scheduled on a hourly basis, couples may use this meeting to discuss the legal responsibilities of their wedding activities ( wedding insurance, alcohol permit, advice on tented weddings or weddings on private properties, etc.), solutions to particular challenges they're facing, get help with researching vendors or venues, budget planning and more.
