Fill out the request-a-quote form and we’ll contact you to schedule a consultation over the phone to discuss your needs. 

03 We’ll Do the Heavy Lifting

In preparation for your event, we'll organize and prepare every detail needed to create your vision. We will coordinate through email and regular meetings ensuring deadlines are met and you’re happy each step of the way.

Once you’ve reviewed and approved your quote, you’ll receive an invoice with payment instructions and a contract to sign. Upon completion, we will get the project started!

With all details finalized, we will help take your event to the finish line so you can focus on living in the moment knowing your event is running smoothly!

I’m Vanessa!

I am a certified wedding and special events planner with more than 19 years of experience in leading and assisting the planning and execution of weddings and pre-wedding events, charity galas, benefit concerts, anniversary lunch/dinner parties and bridal and baby showers and more. 


Every client, every event is unique and comes with its own set of needs. While we tackle the work at hand, I take the time to get to know you, what's important and which challenges are keeping you up at night. Throughout conversations, follow-up meetings, emails, and texts, I become your planning ally, a sounding board, and a cheerleader.

  • How far in advance do I need to book a service/place my order?
    For wedding services, it is best to reach out as soon as you have your ceremony and reception venue(s) booked. The more time we have to discuss your needs and prospective work timeline, the better! Booking Guidelines: 6-8 months in advance for custom invitations, 6-12 months in advance for wedding planning/coordination or wedding cakes and sweets. For custom cakes, cookies and/or sweet table treats, one to two months notice is ideal to secure your date in our schedule, even if you do not have all the details worked out yet. At minimim, we require 2 weeks notice to discuss your event needs plan and acquire the necessary supplies. Rush orders may be accepted, subject to availability.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    While e-transfers are the primary method for all services, cash payments may be arranged for final payments. The email containing your invoice and order contract will include payment instructions. NEW: We have added credit card payments. Note, a processing fee will apply to the pre-tax total and will be reflected on your invoice.
  • Do you offer a free consultation?
    Yes, we do! The free 30 minute consultation is for wedding planning or coordination inquiries and will be hosted on Zoom. Please complete the request-a-quote form to submit your event details. We'll reach out to set up the meeting.
  • Our wedding is coming up very soon and we're so overwhelmed, can you help us?
    Wedding SOS - if we have space in our booking calendar we'll certainly be there to help you have an enjoyable, stress-free day! Please fill out the request a quote form to submit your wedding details. We'll be in touch asap to set up a free, 30-minute consultation.
